Speaker Ready Room

There will be a speaker ready room in close proximity to the general session and platform session rooms.  Check back on this site in late January 2010 for the name of the room and the hours it will be staffed.  This information will also be available in the specialty conference final program which will be distributed on site. 

All speakers will be asked to visit the speaker ready room 24-hours before their presentations to ensure that materials are loaded onto laptops specific to each meeting room.  There will be a presentation laptop in each of the meetings rooms; personal laptops will not be used.  PLEASE NOTE:  LCD projectors are the only form of visual equipment that will be provided.
